B - Smart MK Ltd is a part of PCS Milton Keynes that was established 1st August 1987 to fill a major gap in the prestige market. In the late eighties there were no main dealers in Milton Keynes for many of the more prestigious makes of vehicle. The city had grown yet a significant number of executives and senior personnel were having to take their cars to Northampton, Bedford or Luton for servicing, maintenance and repair. PCS was established to fill this gap in the market.
In the years since the firm was established, vehicle electronics have become more and more extensive and complex. Even routine servicing now requires equipment and expertise far removed from the traditional greasy thumb. PCS was therefore pleased to be selected by Robert Bosch Ltd to represent them in Milton Keynes as part of their nation-wide servicing network.
The workshop now has sophisticated and specialist equipment together with access to international expertise. This, together with a stock of genuine guaranteed parts, provides unrivalled facilities for accurate diagnosis service and repairs of all types of vehicles, bluff and hope have been taken out of the system.
18 years later and PCS have expanded not only its state of the art workshops but also the vehicles they specialise in. A sister Company called B - Smart MK Ltd has been set up, with its own Smart trained personnel, genuine parts and diagnostic capabilities. It offers an excellent alternative to the Main dealer. With legislation enabling consumers to choose where to have service and repair work carried out that does not affect their warranty, few companies have the specialist skills to cater for these marques.
